This applies to all premises where there is electricity supply and the installation needs to be split (separated) to enable each of the resultant units have their own meter. No new equipment are added. In this case authorization from the landlord/account holder is required.
Please make sure you have the following:-
  1. Electricity account number (SRN) of the supply required to be split (separated).
  2. A soft copy of letter of consent from the landlord (if he/she is not the applicant).
  3. A soft copy of National Identification (I.D)/ Certificate of Registration of the landlord.
  4. A soft copy of National Identification (I.D) of applicant (if he/she is not the landlord).
  5. A soft copy of route sketch leading to premises where meter separation is required.
